Contacting and talking to other amateur radio operators via radio from around the world (DX) using Morse Code (CW), Single Sideband (SSB), Frequency Modulation (FM), Slow Scan Television (SSTV), Radio Teletype (RTTY), and various Digital modes including FT8, PSK, and Amtor. Operating on different amateur bands from 440 Mhz to 1.8 Mhz. Experimenting with various antennas and designing and building electronic projects and writing computer software is enjoyable.
